It is worth driving the 7 miles to the next McDonalds.This location has the Most un- welcoming, un-attentive and un-trained staff. To the point of being rude..Really horrible based on the last 3 visits here

This McDonald’s is the worst! I ordered a large hot mocha and got home, took a big gulp and it was Black coffee! Yuck! Not the 1st time they have screwed up my orders. Poor job of listening, won’t be back . I have given them too much chances forget you Lakeside McDonald’s!

My 3yr old was having problems chewing on a chicken nugget. I had her spit it out in my hand, and it was a bone she was chewing on. Normally i would have gone back and spoke with the manager. But to to the issues with every fast food place being short staffed I didn't want to deal with NOTHING being done.

I just ordered for the first time the deluxe chicken sandwhich and wasn't impressed. I just opened the box and the dressing was on the outside of the bun.....smeared everywhere. The tomatoes weren't even on it either but sliding out.....the lettuce was on the outside of the bun again. The chicken....weird texture it was a bit chewy. I don't understand how the employees can serve food by throwing it everywhere to call it a sandwhich. Might as well be on the dollar menu if you're going to treat your food as extremely low class. It's not worth about $5. I keep trying to give this location a chance but it appears to be the same cook and same incompetence to do a basic task. I have had missing items or wrong orders before. I tried to give this location a chance multiple times but I think I am done coming here for sure. It's not worth it, the value or even the composure.
