As a professional contractor, that has been in business for 20 plus years, I hope that my words hold some weight. I spend good money at the cda location and have never had any issues whatsoever, we all have hard jobs to do and we do them...until today. I was told the pipe puller that I rented had issues, that's ok I have thousands of hours into pulling pipe. However, the pipe puller was actually broken, I took it back immediately, I told the individual behind the counter that it was broken and he should not rent it out again until it was fixed. I did not ask for a refund. I was polite. He treated me like I was trying to cheat him, again I didn't ask for anything, he wanted to prove that it was functional even though he had previously stated that it had issues. He is a grouchy overworked noncaring individual that doesn't care one bit, very much not a professional. In conclusion don't rent from the cda location...and yes I was still charged full price.

Used to work for them 20yrs ago. They have been and will be my choice of rental equipment. I don't care for where the moved to but they are still in town. So my business still goes there.

I am usually a really relaxed person and have no problems. However this morning when returning a 6x12 trailer to this location I was humiliated and belittled by the employee working the counter. As I walked in I said “Hey man how’s it goin?” Like I do to most people. Not a word from him. The only thing he said to me after a minute or so was “I guess I should get some neon signs out there for the rental return sign.” This is where he messed up because as I drove in, I saw the sign and was about to turn down the return lane, however there was another employee on a machine driving right at me. Naturally I pulled up and rolled my window down to ask him where I should go. Not only did he just wave us on farther in to the parking lot, but he never even looked up to talk with me. Honestly I shouldn’t be this upset, but as I walked away from the guy at the counter he snorted with his mouth as if “I” was the one who had messed up. Employees working have no people skills at all, and then blame you when they never had them conversation with you in the first place. This whole thing could have been avoided if the first employee just looked up and told me where to go.

If I could rate the experience 0 stars, I would. The customer service from the manager on duty (9/30/21 around 4:30pm) was cringeworthy! This manager was rolling his eyes, scoffing at us excessively, made a snide remark about me taking a work call, and made the process way more confusing than it should have been. I am a business owner myself, currently under an immense amount of stress moving my business, and the way I was treated at this business is baffling. I will never recommend a business with a manager that treats customers that way. The younger gentleman working in the back gave me far better service.
