Best french fries in the whole Bay Area and very quick service. I barely sat down and they called out my number. I've visited the five guys in Pleasant Hill and Santa Rosa and they're both excellent for their fries. The little fry is enough for me but they have two other sizes larger.

It is our first time eating at five guys and this location. Restaurant was dirty, food is cold and messy (not appetizing), cashier not friendly, condiment and drinking fountain area very dirty. It looked like they have not cleaned the ketchup nozzle for years. When we got our oder fries are not even un cups. Very disappointing.

It's actually pretty shocking how dirty this place is. Five guys is known for the grease but this particular location needs a cooperate audit. The toppings are mixed, the manager that was taking cash is handling food, workers are throwing trash at the trash cans and when they miss they leave it on the floor, the counters are littered with toppings. It starts from the top so until management steps up and takes pride in what they do this place won't improve. Other five guys locations are great and would recommend them.
