Im sad to see that these people have found a way to capitalize of of illness of our beloved pets.My emptyexperience has left me deep in debt my dog suffering severe pain to this day and no better then the first day I walked in. Exam fees always paying emergency exam fees with an excuse of covid has them really busIf you live your pdt I beg you do not go herd 'please be patient" they will be working me in. Arriving and seeing empty exam rooms. After 4 visits and so many exam fees just to walk in there office I couldnt afford anymore. They suggested I take out a pay day loan .I am now in debt for there 4 visit emergency exam fees and no better off then the first day I walked in. MY DIf

My husband and I had our first experience with surgery for our wft Greta to get spayed. We were informed at the onset of costs and procedures,we’re always given the choice to accept or not without judgement. Questions were answered to our understanding and we felt comfortable to leave Greta in their hands. Upon taking her home post op we were thoroughly informed of post op care and what we could expect and who to call if we had concerns.We appreciate so much the vet tech that took care of us, I didn’t catch her name ,too bad it’s not listed on the post op handouts…I’ll pay better attention in the future..never met the doctor who did the surgery…thank you, Pat and Garry Wonacott

Fantastic care for our dogs and cats for almost 2 full years now!! I have had all the routine stuff like nail trims and immunizations for all... Plus more tricky stuff like my dogs ear and eye surgeries. They've helped my cats eyes clear up. Soon they're even going to clean my other cat's teeth and pull one that's broken off. They've taken GREAT care of our animals!! The prices are reasonable, too. Thanks Kootenai Animal Hospital. We will gladly keep coming back!!
