I can’t believe this! Trying to establish care in Post Falls, Idaho. I have a lump in my right black breast that I am very concerned about. I have THREE insurances Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE for life and this PRACTICE will not accept my TRICARE which has been accepted EVERYWHERE my entire life!! WTH?! WHY NOT?!

My wife & I have been going to this office for 3 years. It was good up until about a year ago. The office/nursing staff are not competent in doing their job. My doctor has had 3 changes of nurses (the 1st one when we started was great!), but the 2nd & 3rd are proving to be sub-standard in care. The 2nd nurse blurted out to my wife that she had acute kidney disease like it was an everyday thing and no big deal. My wife was so upset. The 3rd nurse acts like she cares and is going to take care of it, but is not following through like she says she will. My wife has been trying to get her diabetic medicine for over a month. She's been without it for 3 weeks now. She has called several times a day and gets the run-around. The pharmacy even called to tell them to quit sending the prescription in and get the doctor to do a prior authorization with the insurance. My wife even called the office manager & left her a message to call her back. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing! We are looking to switch offices. Nothing against the doctor, just the office staff & nursing staff - horrible!!!!!!

I’ve seen Dr. Mark Martindale my last 3 visits and he has been very professional, and caring. I always feel very comfortable and I know that he’s actually listening and cares about any issues or needs that I have. His professionalism and positive attitude has been consistent with every visit! Extremely knowledgeable

This office has changed. Used to be more friendly and inviting atmosphere. Now with “updates” it just feels modern and cold. Most of the staff are new, not as friendly and personable. Miss the old doctors/nurses/staff.

Wow, I have no idea!! Best bet would be to call them and ask!
The cost depends on what your going there for and your insurance. I see Dr Ford. He is the only person I see there. Not a fan of the nurse practitioners but Dr Ford is absolutely amazing. I'm practically cripple but Dr Ford takes the time to listen and do whatever tests necessary. He has always been able to get me the help I needed and he is compassionate and is not the type to rush. He listens and finds resolutions. PFFM, if you go there see Dr Ford.
