Stay Away: If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible, not professional at all! Brought an item in to be repaired back in early June and was told it would be reapaired in two weeks. Decided to touch base/check status about three weeks later because we had not heard back. At the time we were told, "waiting for a part, should be about another week." We have since heard nothing. Every time we call, we are put on hold for a long period of time and no one come's back to the call, or you get a voicemail that no one responds too. I really don't understand how they've made it too Angi's list, and I see there are quite a few good reviews but I notice they are old. Beware

They cut a perfect piece of glass for my grandma’s China cabinet.

simple tabletop job - took 3 weeks. no updates given throughout. I made all calls to move along process of order. “it was cut, needs to be polished”. I call a week later, I’m put on hold, no call back. Call again next day, I’m told glass isn’t even in yet, when in reality my piece was ready for pickup. Go to pick it up, cut complete wrong sizes. good thing I caught it. Took 15 min to re-cut and polish right in front of me.. I ask for silicone slip-free barriers for glass to sit on, was given cheap plastic that ended up scratching my coffee table. poor service, poor attitudes.
