I was referred to Dr. Crow from a good friend who is also a physician. I could not be happier with my visit, and with Dr. Crow and her MA. Very impressed with the practice, and with Dr. Crow.

This place treats patients like Cattle. I came 30 minutes early to fill out my paperwork as instructed. They called me back early and proceeded with the exam. I came for mental health issues and to stop smoking. I have sever anxiety and told them this before the appointment. They proceeded to pack the room with 3 nurses plus the dr plus a stenographer. I tried to tell Dr. Milonas my problems and he ignored everything I said and tried to put me on Low T meds. I said I was there for other reasons and was told unless I took the meds he wasn't going to help me with anything else. He then sent me on my way and i said what about my intake paper work...the paperwork with all my symptoms. He said" fill it out in the lobby on your way out." Absolutely unacceptable if you ask me. They are Crooks who just push what the drug reps want them too do not go here if you value you life at all.

We made appointments for first time visits to this office, and had life events come up that conflicted, we called and cancelled, with plenty of notice. Nothing was said, however we have received 2 letters in the mail stated they will not have is as patients at their offices because we failed to show for our appointments. Either they are very disorganized or they love to mail out hate mail! Not the kind of doctors office I want to deal with, what a joke!

Was able to get me in when most other places aren't taking new patients. Dr. Crow is great - very personable and very caring. Listens and provides great advise. Staff very helpful and polite! All around great place.
