Hands down, the best Thai food in Spokane Valley!! We moved to the area about 6 months ago and were so sad at the quality of restaurant Thai food in the Valley…until we tried Thai Kitchen! The food is fresh, tasty and actually tastes like authentic Thai food (unlike the other Thai establishments around town). Paul (owner) was very kind too. The only downside of this place is that they are not open more often. Hours are currently limited to lunchtime and 4 days per week(but I’m glad they get to do what they are good at and not let it run their lives…owning a full time restaurant is tiring). So glad we found this place!
