Recently applied for a medical courier’s position for the company. Was asked to come out for interview. Was offered the position. Told they would follow up with me for documentation. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Sent emails. Left voicemails. Nothing. Very unprofessional. And I wouldn’t dare due business with them. Pathetic.

Beware this place has 2 facilities within approximately 3 miles of each other, call ahead to make sure you are going to correct facility an also triple check your directions with your maps app

Had a guaranteed delivery time for a critical event. Hotline had more than enough time to deliver and failed. I would not trust this company and will not use them for. They had a 7.5 hr wi dow to make a trip that was 4.5 hrs and showed up 3 hrs late

Hotline is a great company. I worked there recently for a year and a half driving a box truck. The drivers and staff are like family and if your willing to work hard and be kind you will enjoy it. Office staff and dispatchers are great people! I strongly recommend taking a few minutes on YouTube and watch a few short videos describing everything that dispatch has to do to keep things moving smoothly and will give you a better understand of the conversations and jobs they will giving you. It will enable you to have a greater respect for them and all the staff. Occasionally we would see a new driver that was disgruntled and complaining from day one. Most of the time it was due to them not taking the time to understand the system and taking things personal rather than just working hard and getting along with employees. If I wanted to drive again I would return there to work for sure! I strongly recommend you contacting them. The hiring process is very easy and they will set everything up for you to get started.
