Very pleased with staff. Haven’t fully completed first visit due to scheduling conflicts. But office graciously allowed part of the requirements to be completed so it wouldn’t be a wasted trip on my end. I found that to very commendable and was very appreciative!

My partner suffers from POIS. He has been suffering for 10 years and came here for relief which is in itself was hard for him to do. Upon checking his T levels he was told he was fine and healthy, and did not have a Low T count which we knew but we came for help for POIS and were dismissed. His symptoms were made out to be almost in his head/ not apparent due to testing which can not conclude that he does not have POIS. He suffers from all the symptoms minus having low T. As of now the only known successful treatment is injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and we were turned away without even being able to try this or ask about it because his levels were “normal”. Extremely unhappy with how my partner was treated and felt defeated/ no help. This rare illness is already hard to deal with but to seek help and be turned down by a physician is terrible. Would appreciate the office staff to contact back to discuss further the poor treatment we experienced.

Gary and the staff are out standing! The atmosphere is always friendly! Always smells like lavender, which makes it calm and relaxing!

Does it really work or is it just a gimmick to get my money? Or will I see actual results?

Do you have to fast for a blood test or can you just walk in?

Thank you for the question. For a testosterone test you do not need to fast. We do take walk-ins and the test needs to be performed before 11am. Our mornings can be busy so a scheduled time is best to get you in and out as fast as possible but you can still walk-in if that suits your schedule best.
