I wouldn't call this dispersed camping, just free camping. VERY small, only 7 spots but 2 barely have enough room for a tent and a parked car. The drive in and out is horrible, very gravelly with massive pot holes throughout. Campground is clean but has a really terrifying bathroom

Closed October 1st to May 1st...not sure why as it's dispersed camping. Some spots are large some are very small. Garbage throughout the area. Graffiti on the trees. Not sure if that's just due to people using the space in the off season.

Claire Robison

Small cozy primitive campground. Not all sites have metal grates on fire pits. No drinking water, but it is right on the river. A large noisy group took over about half the sites the night I was there and it was pretty disruptive, but that can happen at any campground. No host here, bring your own firewood.

This is an alright campground, but you get what you pay for. It's nice that it's free, but this means that people can claim a campsite and not leave. There is no trash service, so some people have thrown their trash into the bushes. It is a beautiful area and the river is nice and calm around the campground.
