Wayside RV Park

I love the B&E Wayside RV Park. The Landlords, Sue and Rick are Awesome people. They're very friendly and polite. I love the fact that they have a nice Clubhouse on Site. It's furnished with a nice Kitchen. There's a Billiards Pool Table to play. Rick and I usually play a few games a month. Everyone that lives around us and ally neighbors are pretty cool, and respectful. We all try and help each other look out for each other.

Review date: June 10th 2021 This park is older and has changed ownership a few times from what I've heard. Although older it's a well maintained park with nearly all amenities that one would expect from long term RV stays. Wifi is of course to be desired but where do you get free wifi that actually works well? Current management onsite are friendly and very attentive to park needs and maintenance. Most tenants are friendly and the park is definitely centralized near anything one would need from this town. It's only 30A service to your coach, no 50A onsite. The traffic from 101 can get noisy but it's manageable. Overall I highly recommend this park out of the others I've stayed at in Florence's, this one is the best thus far.

Have paid visits here doing seasonal work as deckhand. Fishing friends and acquaintances lived or stayed at B & E as have I. Older park. Quiet, laidback and not too pretty but run by good people. Might see you there crab season ?

Right on the 101, not Loud however. Great facilities.. hot showers !! Friendly owners and long term residents, even enjoyed a thanksgiving meal in the rec hall with them.
