I've been going to this office for a few years now for my dental care and they've been super wonderful. Dr. Russell and her staff are very friendly, caring people and always provide top-tier service. As someone of low income, I also really appreciate their very affordable dental care that doesn't compromise on quality. I would definitely recommend trying out Heritage Health to anyone living in the greater Coeur d'Alene area!

Heritage Health offers a sliding fee scale with varying co-pays. Co-pays are fairly generous depending on your income.

Yes, we are a great place for children. Our providers are able to make children feel comfortable while taking care of majority of their dental needs. There are some children however who may need to be referred to a pediatric dentist in order to complete a more complex treatment plan that would require sedation for the child’s comfort, this can be easily determined at the initial new patient exam in our office.
In what context? If you're asking about dental services. We do offer nitrous for children and our special needs patients when deemed necessary by the provider.
It is not a walk-in or urgent care clinic but if there is an available provider they usually try to find a time
