I have enjoyed living at Carrington Place for almost 3 years now. Samantha and Karley are wonderful...always friendly and very helpful with any issue I may have. Even during COVID they thoughtfully kept in touch by leaving small surprises at my front door --- hanging flower basket, fun thank you notes with snacks. Rob and the maintenance staff are very professional. I appreciate the various maintenance and safety inspections conducted throughout the year, not to mention keeping the property plowed and salted during the winter!! The community is safe, quiet and well maintained. I love having a great park right across the street as well as access to bike trails. Carrington place is an amazing place to live! The girls in the office are always super friendly and helpful! The community is lovely and there are always events going on that bring us all together and help make new friends. The amenities are great and I’ve never had a problem getting a work order done. 10/10 would recommend!

I lived at Carrington Place from July 2016 to August 2017. The staff is amazing! Sara, the manager, goes above and beyond to help people out. We only moved because we purchased a house and at the last minute, our house didn't close and they went out of their way to help us when we had no where to go. Jeremy, the maintenance manager is very quick and responsive. He is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They organize events for the complex as well to get everyone together. Apartments are very well maintained and quiet. I highly recommend these apartments!

I have been wanting to write a public thank you to the owner and staff of Carrington Place Apartments for a long time. So here goes. Back in December my apartment flooded due to a burst sprinkler head in the attic of the apartment above me. I could see what was going to take place in my apartment and wanted to rescue my belongings. Jeremy, the maintenance man, just happened to be in the area. He was nicely dressed for a church function. He quickly called Sara, the manager, and the fire department. Within what seemed like minutes Sara arrived, Jeremy was dressed to work and they started moving me to another apartment!!! Their quick response and resourcefulness saved me damage to my personal belongings. Sara, Jeremy, a building contractor, and a neighbor Gary and I completely moved me to another apartment within 4 hours!!! Sara didn't hesitate to use her personal truck. They had such a "can-do" attitude! We all pitched in and did a wonderful job. They even moved my Christmas tree without losing any decorations!! The next morning I woke up to sounds outside. It was Jeremy putting up my flag holder and bringing my porch items. He knew my sons were coming home soon from the military for Christmas and knew how much I wanted the flag up for their arrival. The over-the-top kindness doesn't stop there... Alyssa, from the office called in the morning to say she was bringing a 50# bag of dog food to replace my dog's food that got wet! Then Sara called and told me all the ways the owner of Carrington Place is going to be sure to care for me while I was not in my original apartment. It was so generous and caring it made me cry. I am still blown away at his generosity and kindness. I was back in my original apartment within 2 months! It is beautifully redone. This describes the professional, caring, family atmosphere around here at Carrington Place. A place I call home.
