Lived here for a year. My experience with the staff was incredible. Especially Noelle. What a treat. I was sad to leave that exceptional view from my fourth floor unit. Grounds were always immaculate. Never once had a single problem with any of the appliances. I'll sure miss this place. Thank you for the great experience

My time at Riverview went exceptionally well looking back. The move-in process was easy and for 8 months. My move-out process was extra easy too. The manager Noel was there from the beginning and when I left and she was always helpful and made my move-out stress free. Some reason many people have wide variety of issue while renting an apartment- Its a business, they owe you nothing. You pay your money due (that you knew ahead of time) and be respectful to others that live near by. I would rent again from Riverview.

I can hear my neighbor's music, their footsteps...even their pugs running around above me...and it's not because they're loud, it's because the insulation sucks. I would expect better appliances, newer flooring (there was a tear in the carpet when I moved in which was noted during my walk through - I was told "it should be fine if you're going to have a tv stand or something over here..."), etc for the amount of rent I pay, but it was the only 3 bedroom in the area I could find and I needed something asap so I settled. *Update - if you don't want to smell cigarette smoke at all hours of the day and night, live somewhere else. It's stated in the lease that smoking isn't allowed near doors/windows, but apparently that doesn't apply to balconies, so what's the point of the rule? It's a real bummer that I can't have my windows open to enjoy the spring weather. My assigned, covered parking spot (a supposed perk) is two buildings away. When I asked at the office if they could move it when someone with a closer spot moved out, I got a hard no and the claim that parking spots cannot be reassigned. I'm not sure who assigned them in the first place, but I'm pretty sure my nine year old could have done a better job. Rent just went up, quality of maintenance down. If I could do it over, I would have held out for an opening elsewhere.

My fiancé and I have lived here one and a half years. Originally the price for our apartment was $748 per month with pet rent. Without warning they hiked a rent price up to $900 for tiny one bedroom one bathroom apartment. We have the smallest and cheapest apartment available at Riverview. The new management informed us of this rent increase with only three days to decide whether or not we wanted to renew our lease with them, giving us next to no time to find a new apartment. When we went in to discuss our lease, after making an appointment with the office, they seemed to not understand why we were there and didn't understand who we were. It took twenty minutes just to get a staff member sit down with us to find out why we were there, even though we had scheduled an appointment. The new management is unprofessional and does not treat tenets as well as the old management did. I recommend looking for a different apartment if you can afford $900 a month, there are much better apartments in Coeur d'Alene for that price.

I think they may be. I'm not 100% certain.
