THANK YOU Restored Paths!!!! I will forever be grateful for the services I received at Restored Paths. I feel my needs were fully met. I was always treated with kindness, compassion & respect. I would like to extend a special thank you to Terri C. and Elaine D. They are the best!!! I very much looked forward to meeting with these ladies weekly. They both believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. I owe them my life!!! I highly recommend the services provided at Restored Paths

The front desk was very courteous, discreet, and knowledgeable about my specific case. The counselors actually care about me, and my progress. I’m so happy with them!

I don’t know where to start. I am a struggling meth and heroin addict who is in severe need of inpatient treatment. To get funded partially by BPA for the portion not covered by insurance, I was required to do a mental health assessment as well as a substance abuse assessment. I went to Restored Paths for this. A woman named Terry was the one who performed my assessments. She was extremely slow and obviously inexperienced in this area. It took me two full appointments to get done what should have been easily done in the first. I am a kind person though so I never let anything get to me. Well, I was told I had to wait 2-3 weeks for her to even type it up... but I never heard from them for almost a month. I called in so that I could avoid having to redo it (they are only good for 1 month), and was told they would call back. I finally heard back from them saying they actually weren’t going to do the paperwork for the request of services AND that SHE DIDNT RECOMMEND ME FOR INPATIENT TREATMENT!!! All this work and time and pain, I’ve been clean for 51 days as an IV user, and I still can’t even go to rehab now because of that... “witch”. We spent hours talking about my plan and how much she backed it and was on the same page. Then last minute I hear that she didn’t even recommend me for the treatment, and she couldn’t even tell me herself. Instead of calling me back like she said she would, the coward had her front desk lady Amanda call me. I could lose my life any one time I relapse, and all I want is help. What in the hell is the point of her being there if she’s going to do this? I hope she knows there’s got to be blood on her hands cuz I can’t be the first individual she’s done this to. You deal with life and death everyday in this type of life, and she is going to be the reason for deaths and overdoses if someone doesn’t get her out of there.

Questions & Answers

Is it common to force clients to relive the traumas of their addiction? Is that the therapy used on veterans with PTSD? My daughter spent days weeping after 3 clean years after an interview with Nicole. What is the object here? Relapse?
