Such an awesome gym. Super clean, top of the line equipment with a variety of bands, weights and misc, equipment that not all gyms have. It’s never too crowded, and there is almost always a staff/ trainer around to help you out if needed. The owner, Scott, was quick to respond to all my questions the 2 locations & was crazy kind! If your thinking of just starting to hit the gym again or just changing gyms- just sign up already. You won’t regret it!

They have 4 squat racks, a Smith machine, open benches, and platforms for Olympic lifting. Along with various other machines and free weights.
A membership is $34.95 per month, with NO sign up fees or keycard fees! This includes 24hr access to both of our locations—Hayden or Downtown CDA!
