That slightly depends on which department you're visiting. SPPD still has a few areas that aren't combined into the main station. The metered lot is a good rec from John, but it still may be worth a quick phone call to the department that you're visiting to ask for their recommendation. If there are any mobility issues, please bring them up at that time.

Either contact the SPPD Non-Emergency # or look it up on the website for SPPD. When I filed an online report, I received a copy of the police report a week later to my email address. I'm unsure if they email other types of police reports, but it may be worth checking into.

This is a Google community area for questions and answers. As far as I know, there are multiple locations for Shapes Fitness and even more Kingdom Halls (Jehovah's Witnesses place of worship/fellowshipping). I've never heard strange noises out of either such place. Perhaps you could take along a friend, record some video & then share it to the police department? From what I remember, everyone is welcome into a Kingdom Hall. If you hear strange noises, just walk in (well, during services - make sure there are cars parked outside) and ask somebody near the door. Likewise, you can go into Shapes Fitness and ask them. Just make sure both places are open.

Is this still an issue? Have you considered getting surveillance cameras? WYZE is one type of camera that is around $20 each, and links to a phone or computer with no monthly fees.

If you have any direct issue, you must contact the police department directly. Google isn't a forum they use to answer questions. There are so many ways to reach SPPD, Google just happens to not be on the list.

Contact the DMV. In the past, if your wallet was stolen you could file a police report and give the information to DMV in exchange for a free replacement. They might have changed this, which is why I suggest contacting DMV.
