Heard from who, and about who is discriminated against. I haven't seen a more diverse organization than the police department.
Like every other government agency they completely discriminate against white non hispanic male prospective employees. They must follow affirmative action policies which means Native females first, then native males then black hispanic females then males then black non hispanic, then hispanic not black then asian, then any race with disabilities or non violent felonies, then vetran status then female white then male white.
