This defiantly deserves five stars. My dad and I went here and ordered a meat plate to share and for free he added extra so we both had a good amount of food for each of us. They were very patient with me as it was my first time using a card. The food was delicious especially the Mac and cheese. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the ribs where a little bland but still very tender. There was a great selection of different sauces and the facility was very clean. Overall a great place to go and enjoy some great food and a great experience.

The food was alright. The brisket was cold, maybe mildly warm at best. The green beans were very overcooked but surprisingly still well flavored and edible. The Jalapeno sausage was by far, the best part and by itself brought this review from a 2-star to a 3-star. The service, was about as cold and mediocre as the food. Not impolite or rude but not friendly either. Very robotic.

Ordered the Thursday special online to pick up. It was supposed to be a chicken plate with a side of green beans. I ordered extra items from the listed options and paid more for them. I picked up the order, got back to work, and it was a chicken sandwich, which is not what I ordered. I ordered a smoked chicken plate. My extra items were not in there either, and the online system adds like a 20% tip by default. Admittedly, the chicken sandwich was top notch, I mean really delicious, but I don't continue to give business to restaurants that short change you on the food you order, so I won't be going back. I was just going to go to their website to leave feedback, but the "store address" drop down is not populated and won't let you type in the address, so you fill out the whole thing for 5 minutes and it says you can't submit your feedback due to a missing required field. 2 stars because the sandwich was tasty, but should be a one star.

The food is good, and it would get a higher rating, if the prices weren't so high. You can eat at the other local BBQ joints (which are hands down way better food for the money) for around the same price, if the price was lower compared to actual bbq restraunts that are not trying to pass off the fast food vibe this would definitely be a place I would go more often. I'll stick to the triple B food truck or relic smokehouse for these prices
