Two people staff out of which only one knows the ins and outs. Entered the store at 3:15, told them that I need to take a print out which needs to be notarized and packaged to India. They agreed. The printing took time because the printers were not processing fast . At 3:32 was done , went up to the desk, asked them to notarize it and was told that they have shut down everything . I was asked to just come back on Monday. I understand if I walked in 15 min before closing and asked for help but I was sitting right in front of them and they just shut down services half hour before closing

Presented a shipping label and was told it does not work. I understood that and was ready to leave, but was asked to print the label out using the in store computer. Fine, I printed it out by logging into my email, and was told again it does not work.... Are you kidding me?

Honestly one of the most helpful UPS stores I have been to in years. Staff is friendly , they work fast and efficiently. When they see a long queue, they say ‘sorry for the wait’! They always try to save the customer money and treat each customer with respect!!
