This is a review a little overdue.. I went to the facility for medical care (for the first time) due to a minor injury. The place was "very busy" although it may not seem like it from sitting and waiting in the waiting room. I was informed from the beginning the wait time would be "a little over 2 hours". But, from start (at registration), check-in (by the MA), to finish (be seen by the MD), the staff whom I came in contact with were very courteous, considerate, efficient and competent; most of all, professional and caring. From sitting in the waiting room for almost 1.5 hrs. I had the opportunity to observe how the staff were going in and out coordinating with their patient care; and being a retired healthcare professional myself, I could imagine and understand how hard it must have been to try keep up with a large patient load at the same time to provide the best patient care to the community they serve. Here, special thanks to the lady who registered for me at the front desk, Cam the MA who checked me in, and Dr. Waymond Jung who had provided good care for my condition. Thank you all for a wonderful job you do!

The medical care I received it excellent. The Doctors are always professional and do what they can for you regardless of the issue. Top notch experience with the Doctors and the Nurses. The issue that I have is the initial sign-in process. You have to announce OUT LOUD to the Receptionist (where everyone can hear you) why you are there to see a Doctor. This would seem to violate HIPAA Policy on Privacy. Maybe I don't want everyone to know I'm having bowel issues but I have to tell the Receptionist this info so they can inform the Doctor correctly. I wish they had a different system for signing-in instead.

My visit to Urgent Care was mid-day, mid-week. While I was told that my wait could be 1-2 hours, I was actually called out of the waiting room in less than 20 minutes. After the usual vital sign check, I was left to wait in the doctor's exam room and told that he had two patients to see ahead of me. I made myself comfortable playing word games on my phone, thinking that I had somewhat of a wait ahead, but in less than 10 minutes, the doctor tapped on the door and introduced himself. He was quite personable and patient with my questions. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen and on my way and how pleasant all the staff was.

I checked in to urgent care over the phone and was told it would be a 2 to 2.5 hour wait. A little over 2.5 hours later of sitting in my car in 90° I received a call explaining that they tried calling me 30 minutes prior which was very untrue. Besides that once I was seen I received the best care ever. Great doctors and nurses.

They take walk ins. Please call them and check the wait time
If it truly is a sinus infection, then yes, you'll probably need antibiotics. But you should go into any walk in clinics to get checked out.
Yes if it is a simple to fix. If the break needs surgery they will refer you to your PCP or ED.
Go to ER or call medics. I went to Urgent Care with chest pain and they called an ambulance to take me to ER.
It varies. I have never waited longer than a few minutes. They triage also depending on the severity.
