I absolutely love that quickcare is available for those that cannot get in to see a doctor and those of us that have schedules that are packed with kids and work and school. When something acute pops up there is a peace in knowing there are people that are willing to take you in and review your symptoms and let you know whether your concern might be urgent or maybe you should schedule with a doctor. There are so many aspects to healthcare and running a team that gets complicated, especially with shortages in staffing across the board, and providing the very best patient care sometimes requires decisions that will not be understood or appreciated by everyone. People want to have a quick fix. People want to be pampered and treated special. Sometimes you need to take your own actions and attitude into consideration when in these situations. I have seen amazing care of really rude ungrateful people. I’ve seen patients be grateful and pleasant and I’ve seen pushy arrogant entitlement. Compassion on both sides is really vital.

I am generally reluctant to go to an urgent or quick care. Circumstances landed me at Gritman QuickCARE, Westside Clinic, and even on a busy day, I received timely and compassionate care. The follow-up has also been thoughtful, with consideration to not prolonging my concern of the unknown one minute longer than necessary. If I ever have to choose between Pullman ReadyCare or Gritman QuickCARE, it will absolutely be QuickCARE, Moscow. Further, the exemplary care of Kara Adams, PA, made all the difference.

The nurses there were amazing and so nice however the Nurse Practitioner was rude, mean and made me feel like I was in an Interrogation room and I have 3 different types of autism and bipolar and ptsd due to childhood trauma and severe PTSD due to losing a family member and other disabilities and the nurse practitioner that I saw his name is Mark I don't know his last name but IF ya'll want my advice.... DO NOT EVER GO THERE especially IF you do NOT want to feel like your in an interrogation room like for real, worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to get a Covid test, set up a tele appointment with this clinic to see if I could get a doctor's referral. I was told my appointment was by telephone at 4:00 pm. I pre-registered and waited until 4:20 then called because the clinic closes at 4:30. I was told they didn't know what happened but I would get a call back very shortly. No call back. At 4:35 I called and got the answering service who would not do anything.
