Place isn't a good deal at all. The staff were having a competition at who was most incompetent at their jobs. And its a close call all round. They took a month and a half to fix a toilet (such a tall order for a maintenance person) then on the last day they tried to withhold a package from me (they have pathetic power trips) to where I had to have an officer involved in which the officer agreed with me and told me that it was basically theft. Soend your money elsewhere you can absolutely get a better deal with just as good amenities around moscow. Support local not these plebians. They pay people incentives in order for residents to give good reviews. DO NOT trust the 5 star reviews

Just moved out. They o my care about money. The. Ew owners took every cent they could even though the damage in my room was there before I moved in and when I sent pictures they stopped allowing my emails. They’re scamming.

Where to begin... Apartment was not move in ready, no cleaning had been done since previous tenet. Front counter staff are friendly enough but incapable of solving any real problem. Manager is very difficult and does everything she can to take advantage. Do not be fooled by the nice clubhouse and demo room, this is a terrible place to live.

This is for Brian. He is the best and most helpful leasing agent I have ever worked with. He knows his stuff and when he doesn't he is quick to get help and assist however he can. He helped me get my lease taken over when I needed to move out early because of graduation, even amidst a management change. The Grove itself is pretty nice, great amenities, and affordable. Back to Brian. He's wonderful. Thanks for everything!!
