My wife, daugter and I had a wonderful dinner! We were surprisingly impressed with fresh black bean dip coupled with chips and salsa basket! Great spanish ambiance with flowing fountain center floor (best back drop) for pics! Service staff very prompt and accommodating! We enjoyed our first visit during Vandal move in ... thank you for such a pleasant experience!!

Spend a few minutes here and you quickly understand that hospitality is the cornerstone of this restaurant. Coincidentally the food and drinks are amazing too! It doesn't matter if it's date-night, after work with colleagues, or you're just visiting: You will not leave disappointed. This place can get pretty packed sometimes, but don't let that discourage you. Mitch runs this restaurant like a finely-tuned machine; you will get great service and a comfortable spot to sit whether they're busy or you happen to visit on a quieter day. Little known secret: If you're looking for a spot to sit with some beer and watch the game on TV, go sit in the bar area and you're suddenly in the best sports-bar in town.

We hit LA Casa Lopez on a Friday night at 7:45 pm (just before closing). No problem, they seated us and waited patiently for us to order. There was no rush at all for us to leave either. Service was prompt and attentive. My water was never empty. Atmosphere was totally cantina. The salsa was great, it had fresh cilantro, onion and jalapeño. They also served a really delicious refried black bean dip with the chips. We got the Pollo en la crema, Aroz con Pollo and an a la carte chile relleno. The portions were huge, and served on hot plates. My favorite was the Pollo en creme, so delish. Overall a good experience, I recommend.

These guys move fast! The place is packed and they take care of everyone so well. Its really nice to see great work ethic in such a place. Ive been in empty places and waited longer for service. These people dont ignore you, they are ready to help right away! This is the kind of place you give a bigger tip than usual. These people deserve it. Thank you for the awesome experience guys!
