I spoke to a lady name Sarah she was extremely rude, from the moment I start speaking with her over the phone she was very short and her tone was very sassy and sarcastic. She acted as if I was bothering her by even calling in the first place to get information I needed. Just overall extremely unprofessional and very unwelcoming. I don't see how people like this stay employed and at that are able to communicate directly with the public with such attitude. There's so many people that need jobs right now and it seems like they always give it to the ones that least deserve it. I did speak to the manager Samantha, I don't know whether it was really her or not she said her name was Samantha, Sarah said she was transferring me to her but it did take a while and there was a long silent pause in between me talking to Sarah and then me speaking with Samantha so you never really know who you're speaking with but point is it was a very bad first impression. Here I am trying to be a responsible adult and take care of my business and I feel like I'm being punished for doing so by calling in asking for general questions about something they sent me. It's no wonder they already have a two-star rating here on Google I guess I'm just going to add to that because honestly they deserve a zero for customer service experience.

It’s bad enough that this courthouse doesn’t do E filing, so you have to go and stand in line and wait, today I check the the website to make sure it’s not a holiday and it says they are open regular hours, I get there and they can only allow me to file one case because they are closing early for a luncheon, it would have been nice if they would have had that on the website, my clients pay a lot of money to have their cases filed, but the courthouse treats us like we are a bother to them and that they do all this for free. I have nothing against the courthouse showing appreciation for there employees, but it should disrupt my business so they can do it. The excuse I got was that it has been posted, post it on the website next time.

Wow, I thought lines at Disneyland were long, until I tried to pay a traffic fine here. My god, if you have to pay a traffic fine, be sure to bring a chair or something because you’re going to be there for a WHILE. I never thought a 15ft line was capable of taking an hour to go through until today. If I die in this line, somebody pls pay my fine and tell my future wife and kids I love them.

Whatever you do, do NOT let PD Malik "represent" you UNLESS you are his "HOMIE."
Do you have a number cause it dont show nothing about finding your court date on the web or what number to call
They are doing them in person.. I had court last week and the judge handling the case wanted people there in person and said video/phone attendance wasn't acceptable. Also, masks are optional but they tape off two chairs so that nobody is sitting directly next to another person.. Hope this is helpful!
It depends on if you are trying to get something because it a legal purpose such as a protective order or if you are trying to pay a traffic ticket or if you are seeking a family law facilitator and then you have to watch for holidays like Washington. Lincoln, or President's day.
Do the courts throw away. Bench parents now if there a false to slide miss Fernandez
Go to the website and check the calendar by searching for your name or case number
Yes and no. Most courtrooms that have calendars will continue as usual. However, Be some of the clerk's offices are closed but you can date stamp your paperwork and drop it in a drop slot or pick up your papers in a Box outside their office but yes the courts are still open in Solano County
Start with Family Law at 600 Union. They're located on the second floor of the building.
The court house has a family help center that can point you in the direction of what paperwork you need to file depending on what you are asking for. Or you can google lawyers in your area that handle your certain issue divorce/child custody/DV... etc. Alot of lawyers will give information over the phone or you can schedule a consultation depending on their prices.
You'll likely want to start with Family Law on the Second Floor. They will be able to get you moving in the right direction.
It depends on who you get assigned. https://www.solano.courts.ca.gov/Courts/FamilyLaw.html
Hey! where was the block of my ford escape polished? How Eight years ago by NAPA or Petaluma? The engine has to be restarted ... it has already run another 125 thousand miles!
I'm not an attorney but I had to get the affidavit notarized, then submit it and 2 copies to Courts clerks office with your probate/estate case number & get them stamped. Keep one copy for yourself, one for bank and one to make copies of other beneficiaries. If you don't have a case open in court because you have a will or trust, then notarize two copies of affidavit and take one to bank. Confirm with a legal aid attorney.
Call the Traffic Division at (707)207-7360 to get a status, but plan to be on hold a bit as they are understaffed at the phones. It does takes them a while to get all tickets processed, you should receive a notice in the mail once it is in the system.
You have a few options. If you are local, go to the Fairfield courthouse and make the request at the counter. If you don't live locally you can send a letter to 600 Union Ave, Attn: Family Law, Fairfield, CA 94533. Include a letter asking for a certified copy of the divorce decree. Include the case number or the name of both parties. Send a check made payable to the Solano County Superior Court. Do not fill in the dollar amount. Write in the memo line "amount not to exceed $50 dollars", sign the check and provide them with a self addressed stamped envelope with enough postage to cover the cost of mailing the documents back to you.
It often happens. Be sure they check the intent not to prosecute/ pending list at the court. If still nothing you can notify the District Attorney to see if they have anything to file. Check the webste, www.solano.courts.ca.gov, court connect, search your name. Other than checking back or waiting to be notified not much more to do. Hope that helps.
No. But if your in small claims the judge may help mediate. Call the Solano County bar association for assistance. There's an "attorney at the library" program for civil questions.
No, Traffic is drop in per day. You have to check in first in Traffic and either elect a date or try ro get on the same day as a walk-in. But you will have to wait...
I'm not an attorney but but get a copy from your judges judicial clerk. Not the clerks at the clerks office, but the judges assistant. Their numbers are on the website. They're very helpful but be very humble. They'll tell u what to do. They'll most likely mail it but ask.for it to be held at the Clerks Office. Ensure theres a stamp on the upper right corner.
You usually send the Signed Ticket to the collection agency that's printed on the ticket itself.
Call Fairfield traffic division with the citation number
Yes they are
The Server just has to drop them at his/her feet & say "U have been served" & walk away. Pls make sure they verify the IDENTITY of the PERSON being SERVED first.
