The court house has a family help center that can point you in the direction of what paperwork you need to file depending on what you are asking for. Or you can google lawyers in your area that handle your certain issue divorce/child custody/DV... etc. Alot of lawyers will give information over the phone or you can schedule a consultation depending on their prices.
Also go to the law library and ask the librarian where to get help. Also call the Solano County Bar association for attorney referrals.
