A little upset. I dropped off my Neil lane pear shaped wedding ring to replace a diamond. Two weeks. Get a call that it was ready. Go to pick it up and it's missing the same diamond and now another one. Didn't notice so have to go back to get it repaired again which means another two weeks. I was so excited to get it back I didn't notice it was still missing or I could have left it with them. Disappointed.
