Very nice staff!! Good selection of shoes. I really feel for the staff here. They are understaffed especially at the cash register and have to do returns, online returns, answer phones and a multitude of things. It took me 55 minutes to return shoes partly because the only cashier serving was new. Seems their system is complicated because there a lot keys to enter to process the return. Overall nice store. They need an exclusive returns desk.

This company is such a nightmare. Everything is out of stock so had to order shoes for shipment only find out after 3 weeks of "your item is on its way" that items ordered are out of stock. Item that arrived was the wrong size. Scheduled pickup was missed repeatedly by Fedex. Never again. I guarantee you if you shop at DSW you will regret it!
