Went to find a chair. Abe helped by letting me just wander. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so didn't find it. Went to a few other places which convinced me to go back to La-Z-Boy. Found what I wanted right away, Abe completed the sale and arranged delivery. This is the third room furnished with a La-Z-Boy chair; we have been happy with every purchase.

Be aware that it may take more than 10 months to get your furniture. I bought my sofa and recliner back in May 2021 (paid in full) and up to now (2/2022) there's still no sofa. When I purchased my furniture, I was told that it would only take 6 months! They should have been upfront and honest that it's going to take longer than 6 months! Had I known that it was going to take longer, I would not have purchased them from LaZBoy! The recliner took 8 months to arrive and the bottom frame was all scratched up. The back of the recliner is lopsided and uneven. Waiting for the technician to "fix" it. It's another 4 weeks before they can come. Every time I call to get a status on the sofa, it's a different answer from the store staff. When I called the head office in Michigan, the girl said that the Pleasant Hill store is independently owned so there's nothing that the head office can do. I've place calls for the manager to call me back. He still hasn't called me back. He was supposed to get an update from someone who has access to the factory. That was 10 days ago - still no call back. The last I've heard about my sofa, it's still in the factory, which means it's not done yet! Very disappointing. The store doesn't even bother to take the initiative to call their customers to keep them informed and updated. The customer always has to call first. Poor communication! Poor service!

Excellent customer service. Salesperson names Abe gave me space and appropriately took time to educate me on the sofa. The purchase process was fast which I loved. I shopped around for one month with La-Z-Boy being first stop. Came back around at the end to purchase from La-Z-Boy. Excellent quality furniture, nice selection and at a fair price. Definitely recommend.
