Most of the people are nice there but I don’t think they have enough employees because the wait time is always long I think they need to hire more people.

I'm not sure if this page/review refers to a specific office, or the program in general, but allow me to ask one simple question: Is it official policy for staff members to belittle, antagonize and harass mentally-ill persons reaching out for assistance? Or were my two phone calls handled by "bad apples?"

The employees were very friendly and they finished my case the fastest I ever seen.

No it's not opened yet, I just went last week.. But if you go they have a booth outsde the doors with info about contacting your worker
You can go into the office if it is still open. You don't need a worker to help you, it's hella easy. You can scan it by yourself is hella fast & easy to understand. Once you send it, make sure to get a receipt and save the receipt with your scanned documents and put it somewhere safe incase they don't receive it. That way you have the dated receipt and the original copy so they have your proof(as a just incase). If you want theres another way to send it, I will admit it isn't faster then scanning it. You would have to get a number and wait for one of the clerk's to scan it for you, but the clerk's can scan your documents & stamp it with the date & their signature so it just has more of a shot of not getting lost or w/e things that can and do happen to people, not everyone but it does happen. The last & most important thing to not forget is once your info is scanned and sent, immediately after(idealy) you should call your worker to tell her the day & time you sent it or leave a message
You need to go to the welfare office on 4545 delta fair in Antioch and get a social worker assistance for you. I dont know what your needing...but they would have more information for you.
