more than three weeks I am on phone to get help, but I never was able to get to a right place or person except I got frustration , anger, annoyance and bitternes. an hour , 2 hour 15 minuts on phone , the person come to phone said hello , hello, then discinected. please beg you how can I solve my problem, if I come to office can I get help frome antbody?
