Is there any particular spot to see the bioluminescent algae? I don't want to pay extra money to go with a tour, my friends and I are experienced paddlers. So, how far do we need to go to find it? Or is there bio algae everywhere?

I know of no navigatable bioluminescent algae points without a guide at this time. These are in limited areas and strictly enforced wildlife protected areas. Consult Brevard County for verification.

I'm sorry the question was stated wrong when I asked it I meant to say is Haulover canal boat ramp open or just dock close down due to damage from hurricanes? We normally put our boat in there when we were fishing bur someone said it's closed
