Amazing service at FedEx Kinkos in Metairie. From the phone call I made inquiring about services to the moment I walked out the door tonight, this was the most refreshing and positive experience. The entire team was super. Lloyd & Nick & Hope and Brie were so helpful, extremely professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to understand our custom job and to make sure everything turned out right. They were personable and interested in following through to make sure the job was properly done. I was happy to have such a fast turn around as I brought the job there at the last minute. Even as busy as they were, I did not feel rushed and they worked with me past closing time. I sincerely appreciate this sort of service, especially at a time when a good work team is so hard to come by. I highly recommend!!

Don’t waste your time printing here. Very limited printing options both in store and online. When asked for a another paper option not available in self serve, they were “forced” to charge a $15 rush printing fee on a small printing job.
