Employee did not ring items separately and instead chose to ring the most expensive item multiple times. Overcharging by $40. Was an ordeal to be refunded as the overcharged item did not appear on the receipt. Will never shop there again.

I visited this store and I asked the cashier about a product one sided laminate sheets and she knew immediately what I wanted and where it was located in the store. I had to thank her twice, i was in and out. Kudos that cashier and I am so sorry that I don't remember her name. It makes the photo glossy.

Good customer service! But I want to make a good, helpful, & convenient suggestion: Due to the invasion of Russia 🇷🇺 and Ukraine, gas prices, food prices, has gone up, interest rates (will go up soon). Have receipts of items the customer (s) buy via their email on file. And raise the paper prices to double the amount now. We want to prevent recession and what have you and also save them trees, save the environment, and shortage in production.

Should be offered and encouraged and helped with coupons at checkout. Coupons should be easily accessible to customers. I had coupons open in phone and was told those are only available to online customer and that they don’t have “that many code numbers available” to put in their system and this were unusable. They should make the codes customers find online in phone available in-store. (Online had 4 letter codes and I think I’m the system 6-letter codes only).
