Worst pharmacy in the area, they are rude dont care about customers. My son and I had a covid shot appointment at 12pm, it was 12:45pm and nobody was helping. I asked if someone would help me.. then they responded they were busy.There was an Asian nurse and the other looks like Latina, I asked them what was the point of the appointment if they don't follow and respect customers time. When I said that the Asian woman got up, put gloves on and came to the room, she called my son's name and slammed the door on me. Didn't let me go in, they decided not to put my shot because heart problems or high blood pressuare is not a risk to get a booster. The appointment was Saturday June 11th at 12:00pm. So disappointed, will never come back here again no even to buy.

I have been loyal to this store and pharmacy for more than 10 years even though my insurance wants me to use CVS. Recently, they have been no better! I have waited on hold for more than 30 minutes, only to be replaced in n hold repeatedly! I realize they are busy and most likely short staffed but, this is a management problem, and shouldn’t be a customer issue. I have also been 2 recent occasions that medications have cost far more than they have in months past only to find out they weren’t run through insurance or coupons used. Other medications picked up at the same time were processed correctly. This is something that should be caught, just like not making a medication error. Being short staffed brings into question whether mistakes could be made. Management needs more involvement and they should be providing surveys for customer service is being met. Very disgruntled!

I had called half a dozen different places looking for Covid home testing kits. They said they were in stock and after driving to the location, indeed they were. Very happy to be able to get my wife tested at home.

It clearly states on the Walgreens website that they are supposed to price match their website in store for 1 transaction a day. The manager said they don’t price match in store, I’m guessing because he didn’t want to deal with it since he was so busy bringing in carts lol. I usually do everything through online pickup so I don’t have to deal with that but every single time I do the lazy employees mark a bunch of items as not being in stock even though when I come to pick up my order the exact same items are sitting on the shelf plain as day. Smh. The cashiers here are great and friendly. Everyone else working here needs to get it together.
