Went to dinner with my daughter who is 13. The waitress was very good and well trained. Our meal was perfectly cooked and on time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I really wish I could say it was better than it was. But it just wasn’t that great. I recognize there are a LOT of contributing factors that go into making a restaurant successful. First off, it is unfortunate that this location is not getting the support from the local community that it deserves…and I blame the pandemic for that mostly since Centrevillagers are likely accustomed to eating in on a Monday night. Food is fresher, faster, and typically of much higher quality when the restaurant is full of people. Tonight, however, the restaurant was practically empty, the food was not fresh, was super slow, and of considerably low quality for what I know Carrabba’s is capable of producing. It’s a vicious circle because these types of “off” character experiences for the consumer tends to foster less of a desire to return. The focus for the management and staff, when there are few customers should be nothing less than excellent food and excellent service. This would inspire return customers and more word-of-mouth marketing to friends and family. Tonight just wasn’t their night. I suppose the staff is not incentivized properly. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, tip sharing is appropriate. All other nights, the staff, both front of house and back of house, needs to earn a wage that is good enough to make them excited and proud to work there. Offer bonuses on Monday-Thursday nights to staffers that get you the excellent reviews. If you go out of your way to provide 3-star Michelin quality food and service, the reviews will get better…I promise. And, when the reviews get better, the crowds will come back.

Our service was fine the server was helpful and attentive. As far as the food that’s why I gave three stars. My stepmom could not even eat the scallops they were so tiny and she said did not taste very good whether she didn’t like the seasoning or they just weren’t that fresh I’m not sure but my sister‘s eggplant was so tough you couldn’t even eat it it was rubbery. We are not ones to complain so we just paid and left. I ordered the gluten-free pasta and although I did enjoy the sauce and they made it like a baked spaghetti but the pasta was a little undercooked. And their garden salad had carrots and peppers in it not your typical garden salad with lettuce tomato cucumbers etc. My sister was not pleased. We probably wouldn’t go back to a Carrabba‘s.

My wife said this is one of the best places she's ever eaten at in her entire life. We hope to come across this restaurant again in our lifetime and travels. Deff worth a visit!

Wear a mask until you are seated at table. Wait staff wear masks at all times. Only every other table is used.
You may be better off calling than posting a question in Google Maps.
