The work was done quickly, but they MASSIVELY overcharge for parts and labor, and seem to not communicate to each other well. My car was inspected and passed a brake check with a green light, and then two weeks later (after driving the car very little) when I took it in for work not related to brakes at all I was told I needed new brakes because they were basically worn down to the rotor (seemed pretty fishy). When you go in, you basically feel ignored by the staff. I’ve never once been in there and been addressed right away even to say “We’ll be right with you”, even when I’m the only customer in the store. The staff have an attitude as if you’re ruining their day by being there, and would rather spend time laughing and telling crude jokes to each other than addressing their customers.

Went this morning to the Gainesville Tire and Auto, waited in line for over 15 mins with five (5) service reps behind the counter not assistance any of the customers but talking to one another. So I left the shop with other customers. This is a display of very bad customer service and plan on reporting this to the BBB and Management,

After waiting all day for them to attempt to diagnose the problem with our truck they said they knew what the problem was. It could be fixed in about 2 hrs when they got a part and would cost around $800. More than a day later with little communication we arrived to collect it and were told that fixed a leak not the problem and to fix that would be another $1000. Totally disgusted. Lost more than $800 and problem still not solved.

Received car service here and was convinced into signing up for their car care club for certain benefits. Nowhere did they mention this was for a credit card. Very deceptive practices and bait and switch. They never used the words "credit card" or getting my credit pulled, which I would not have authorized. They sell this as a "club" instead. When I didn't get instant approval, they said that I would get a letter in the mail. The letter I received was regarding the credit card denial and the fact that they pulled my credit. The reason for my denial was because I understated my income which I did not feel I needed to disclose for a "club." This practice is deceptive and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth for the Centreville Tire and Auto shop.
