My family absolutely prefers shopping at TJs and have been customers of this particular locaton for years. During our last visit one of the employees went out of their way to insult us because I inquired about an error on our receipt. Upon our arrival at the store we were happy to see that a family favorite item was on sale. A floor-to-ceiling display was set up directly across from the store entrance that listed a sale price for the item so we picked up eight. However, during checkout the items rang up at the regular price. I politely pointed to the sale display and asked to be refunded the difference. The cashier was helpful but needed assistance to perform the requested transaction. Two more employees came over to help and one was a lady (older w/auburn hair) who opted to walk to the back of the store to a shelf that was also stocked with the same product but was listed at the regular price. Within clear view of our register and the store entrance was a MASSIVE, end of aisle, product display which is where we pulled our items from. I just wanted the price that was advertised on the banner hanging from the ceiling. This one particular employee made several disrespectful remarks as if we were trying to scam the store. Such a minor error in how the shelves were stocked and labeled should have been handled better. Up until this experience, shopping at TJ has always been pleasant. The cashiers are friendly and great with young children. Unfortunately, after my encounter with this one snarky lady we will not be returning to this location.

Love shopping at Trader Joe's. Excellent customer service and the price is reasonable. They carry a variety of flowers at a price I can afford to buy a few times a week. The only thing is that I wish is that the space was bigger.

Trader Joe's is a unique store, always providing high quality products at very reasonable prices. We look forward to all the new products; we have also found many uses for their practical cooler bags during our recent travels. And in stores where they sell wine & beer plus cider, excellent prices and product.

This is my favorite Trader Joe’s because it’s big enough to allow for wide aisles and also because they seem to get new products before any of the other locations near me. Staff are always friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. Free tastings are currently cancelled due to continued Covid precautions which is a shame because they always had really tasty new options to sample. The store is clean and well stocked. As usual, everything is Trader Joe’s own brand, high quality goods at value prices. If you don’t like something you can bring it back for a refund no questions asked. Always a must stop for me.
