Terrible and poor customer service; room key didn’t work-went down 3 times. No dishes in the room and changed the price on me at check in. I had planned to stay for 3 months but only needed one night to find out it wasn’t a good fit.

My wife and I stayed here a few nights for work and overall it was a good experience for the days we were there. Our front desk service was great and friendly. The only complaints were the hallways smelled a little funny at times and there were a few bugs in the room, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Place clean and well kept. Front desk personnel, very professional, friendly and courteous. Reason for only 2 stars? The idea of extended stay...yes a kitchen, but nothing provided....plates, silverware, cookware, not even a toaster or coffee maker?! Other similar hotels provide these items...essential for an "extended stay". Further, 1 uncomfortable chair? Again, not conducive to an extended stay where you'd expect to relax and unwind.

On a side note....this place is filthy. My job brought me to VA and put me up there. I would never staythere by choice. If you don't believe me...when u check in,take your shoes off and walk around your room in your socks. If they were once white, I promise you they are no more. And whatever you do...don't look at the mattress. Good luck
