Absolutely a scam. Wanted $$$$ for application fee. Paid them the money......never heard another word from them. Called them a couple weeks later, they had never heard of me or my application. Funny.....they must have heard of my check as they cashed it. They refused to refund me or even talk to me about getting a place. Total and complete scam!

Service is excellent. We had a leak and immediately were helped. I am grateful for Jill at CoRental and all of the staff there. They do a great job managing property and helping their tenants. Thankful👍😊

I owe Scott an apology I was frustrated and upset had no right t take it out on him he did come to help me just wanted to apologize but the pump is still not working

Why must you flood Craigslist with all your rentals? It's quite aggravating. If I wanted to rent from you I would stop by your office. Completely unnecessary. It makes me avoid even looking at what you have to offer.

Hi Jess, Great question. We use both our website and Craigslist to get advertising out to the public but as you know we have to report ads on Craigslist as they fall down the list. We are one of the bigger companies in the valley so we do have many properties to rent each month. I am sorry it feels like flooding the market.
