Was in the store 9/9/22 from approx 2:58-4:08pm. Not a single word was spoken to us the entire time we were in there. We waited over an hour for anybody to even acknowledge us…in a store with fewer than 5 people in it. When we walked in, there were 4 employees, and then slowly but surely 3 of them just clocked out and took off in the middle of the day, not even making eye contact with us on the way out. Must have wanted to start the weekend early?? the store isn’t supposed to close till 7pm on Fridays. While we were waiting we started looking around online and ended up ordering 2 brand new iphone 14 pro max’s straight from apple and all the accessories. I will never step foot in that store again.
