On Tuesday, I was told by their stuff that I cannot use member card in-store!!!! What is the point of doing this??? I also was told by the same stuff that there is a limit just only 1 topping per cup even though I always order 2 toppings for long time and I pay for that.

Good selection, with some unique ones not found in other such drink stores. Definitely recommended, even just for the cute cup.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I thought I would give this place a try. While my drink was decent, my fiancés drink was absolutely awful. The bubbles were horrendous in texture. It felt as if I was chewing on phlegm. The tea itself was terrible as well. We asked for 25% sweetness, but it felt like I was drinking pure high fructose corn syrup. The manager refused to let us exchange the drink for something else and asked to see our receipt, even though we had just ordered there not minutes ago. I can understand not allowing refunds, but not even an exchange? This manager was extremely rude to boot and physically “shoo’d” us away. BOTTOM LINE: AVOID this place. If you want bubble tea, just drive a few minutes towards Kung Fu Tea.
