We had a very good experience with Alibaba. The screen on my son's Nintendo Switch Lite wasn't working, and we were going on vacation soon. Even though Mr. Mirza was frank that he put cell phone repairs before game console repairs, we got a text that it was ready in less than 24 hours. Even though it's kind of a hike for us, I'll probably come back here for cell phone repairs in the future.

I arrived 20 minutes before closing with a broken screen and nonfunctional cell phone. We know how dependent we are on these things and I wasn't patient enough to ship off to the insurance Co. Anyway I stopped in and Ali in his kind gentle voice asked about my needs. He actually stayed after hours fixed my phone while I waited. Nothing extra and during the final stages of the repair he thoroughly cleaned the device pretty much caressing it as of it was something he personally owned and cherished. This man is wonderful great resource!!
