The pickup experience is poor. Insufficient staff for a needlessly slow process. I made an online information and it was a pre-paid reservation. I made all of the elections regarding insurance and gas and agreed to terms. Yet, I had to wait in line to do all of those same things over again. Then I waited for paper documents to be printed out on a dot-matrix printer. What a metaphor for an industry that is over-consolidated and has not invested in modernizing the customer experience. The car itself was filthy. When I returned the car, I was not asked about the car. If I had been, I would have been able to advise that there is a potentially-dangerous problem with the cruise control: when engaged the wheel pulls to one side. This could cause an accident.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR GAS REGARDLESS OF HOW FULL YOU BRING IT BACK. OVER $9/GALLON I filled up and they said my gas was short by 2 gallons. My whole trip’s mileage was 100 miles, I filled up the night before(2nd time), I was .3 miles away from the airport so there is no way that is accurate. When I thought about it, that’s an easy way to skim extra money from customers because they aren’t there to defend themselves. I think that is taking advantage of a transient community in hopes that no one would notice. My experience has taught me to notice the little things. I hope the franchise does better in that regard, especially, if you want the military to keep choosing you. No transparency, just bills!!

Rented from here and was given a truck with dangerously bald tires. 0 care for safety. Put a pregnant woman and her unborn child at risk. Returning the car the counter person acknowledged that the tire was bald and that they put anyone in that car at risk, but offered no apology. Pictures are of the flat tire, the other tires were just as bad. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

This Budget place was amazing. Our flight was late and did not arrive til after midnight but they stayed open so we could get a vehicle. Thank you Budget for making what could have been a very stressful situation a very enjoyable one. Pick up and drop off could not have been easier. Overall a great experience. Will only use Budget going forward!
