I took one of my cars in to the VIP location to have the oil changed. Michael N. was the service manager. My car entered the bay on time. The tech changed the oil and filter with the proper items. The courtesy inspection was completed without issue. I asked about the brake linings as I was advised by the dealer that the linings were at 3& 4 mm. The VIP tech informed me that the measurements were at 7mm and looked good. The service was performed to my satisfaction. The conversations with the tech and the manager were friendly and informative. I will return to this VIP for some of my maintenance and repair needs. THANK YOU !

Tried to scam me when I needed a simple inspection. Fixed simple issues necessary for the state inspection (car was from out of state) and did not need to fix what they attempted to trick me into paying for (rear wheel bearing issues.) There simply was no issue. Finally get back to them and they don't mention the bearings and then proceed to have me pay a second time for the inspection despite telling me I wouldn't have to after my first visit. Masterclass in wasting time and attempting to prey on younger people. Go to real mechanics.

I went into the store last minute with a blown out tire. Mike was so amazing he was able to fit me right in and get a set of four brand new tires on my car. He even was able to get my alignment checked and helped me get that squared away. Definitely will be recommended this store to all my friends.

I stopped by for an oil change a while ago and the service techs were quite personable. They got me in as soon as they could. Went back later to replace my wipers and the counter staff were quite helpful in making sure the correct length of wiper was used for my vehicle.
