This company has money as it's top priority! They wanted my husband to put up a 1000 dollars before he could get his CPAP machine. They claimed that something could get broken or that he might lose his insurance and this would guarantee that they get paid. Well my husband is 66 and has medicare. He is not going to lose his insurance. He is disabled and retired. So what is their problem? And how do they expect someone on a fixed income to have a 1000 dollars worth of disposable income? We reported them to medicare. They will not get our business!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could, for the way their front office staff treated my mother. She was late for her appointment due to snow and when she tried to call to let them know she was on the way, no one answered. They still refused to see her when she arrived, even though there were no other patients. Very disappointed. She badly needs her CPAP and we have been waiting over a months due to multiple bureaucratic issues with doctors, insurance, and now this provider...who failed to provide! Taking business elsewhere!
