This library has been taken over by the homeless , the bathroom seemed to be used for her private shower, and I was asked for spare change or cigarettes. Won't be going back to this one.

Great clean place to enjoy the view. And also there are clean restrooms.

The bathrooms are over here. The splash park is really cool and fun for kids and there's some showers nearby and the sidewalk to other places begins here

I'm not sure but you could probably call the Daytona Beach Library on City Island and they might know I've been there A lot of times that I've never noticed an office or anything
If you can get it away from the homeless people charging there phones
