After visiting multiple dealerships who didn’t make an attempt to talk with us and answer questions, we decided to stop at the new Ford right here in Salem. I knew I wanted a light duty truck and was greeted immediately and offered to chat, answer questions, and take a truck out for a drive. I left with a very positive impression but they didn’t have exactly what I wanted. Next day I got a call that showed me they wanted to work with me on a deal for a truck that I ended up buying rather than waiting for the 2023 build to open up. I had such a positive experience with the staff here, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle with low pressure people this is the place. Chris and Brandon took the time to explain the whole financing process and made sure I was able to find a vehicle to meet my very specific needs. I ultimately ended up purchasing from their sister dealership, but they were the ones who pointed me in that direction. They genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy even if it meant I didn’t buy with them. It was really refreshing from previous dealership experiences.

The staff are excellent. The receptionist was excellent with my booking of the appointment. The staff who checked me in were very nice, explained all of the work to be done on a recall. The waiting room was large and comfortable. They offered waiting customers fresh baked cookies. I enjoyed my experience very much! I highly recommend this dealer.
