I was optimistic about this shop because it’s open later than most on Sunday and I needed to get my tire changed before a cross-country road trip. I called ahead, parked my car, and was told to wait 2hrs. I waited. When I returned, my car was in the exact same spot I’d parked it in! They told me that they couldn’t plug my tire because their “machine was broken”… I’m not sure why they couldn’t simply inspect it visually or at least inform me earlier. They didn’t even try. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the friendly people that took my car and greeted me upon arrival. The back staff is clearly trash.

Just miserable over worked/understaffed employees. It is literally palpable the aweful energy you get from being in there. I won't be going back regardless how cheap they price something.

I had phoned them at 7 am to try and set up an appointment to fix the slow leak in my rear passenger tires. I was told that it’s first come first serve so I arrived at 8 am. I was initially told it will be an hour and a half wait which is fine. I waited until 11:30 and my truck is still not in the service bay. I finally asked for my keys since I cannot wait any longer.. manager was more than happy to give it to me without much of an apology. Just told one of his tech to “just give him his keys” . I had purchased the tires there with the warranty. Now I’m waiting again at NTB and will pay for the service I thought I have to fix a slow leak. Manager at this location is clueless to what is going on in her service bays and very unprofessional. Not even a sorry or am explanation. I wasted My entire Saturday morning for nothing. They even sent a guy to purchase a battery in the methuen location only to find out that they have it in stock when he returned to get them installed. Service at this location is terrible at best.

They weren't rude or anything however they were low on staff. Bought tires and was told there would be a 3 hour wait. Tried to make an appointment for Friday or Saturday was told those 2 days are reserved for Black Friday customers!! As we were making an appointment for Wednesday evening a tech came out and said they couldn't take any more walk in people as they were already backed up. Which was funny as there was only one car in the bay! I recommend you go elsewhere

You will need to buy the tires online and have them delivered to store for pick-up, they don't actually sell the tires in-store. They only do appointments first-come first-serve so it's a good idea to arrive first thing in the morning once they're available for "pick-up". Still worth the deal to me, they offer an excellent price if you're willing to work around those parameters. Good luck!
They probably will have your battery in stock you'll save the sales tax I would recommend bringing it somewhere else to install it if you cannot do it yourself the wait time for their service department is horrible

They do not do car repairs. Only select services. Their offered services and costs are on the Walmart auto center website.
No appointments for any auto center work. It's first come first serve. But the first people show up about 15min before it opens. So be ready to wait a bit.
Depends on your car and what kind of tires you get. They are reasonable no matter what you get. I would give them a call.

Even if they do, their service is so horrible, I'd check with pep boys in Salem. Way better service and those guys do a good job
